Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Returns: The item(s) to be returned must be in original, sealed and unused condition. Damage or markings to the packaging will not be accepted for a refund. The item(s) must be returned within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase.
Refunds: If there is a manufacturing or shipping defect, please call 1-800-220-9082 to report the problem. Refunds will not be issued if the customer calls after thirty (30) days.
Exchange: The item(s) to be exchanged must be in original, sealed and unused condition. Damage or markings to the packaging will not be exchanged. The item(s) must be returned within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.
*The credit back will be issued once all merchandise is received and inspected. The return fees will be calculated and deducted from the total due the customer.
How to return an item:
- Send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for the return along with your original emailed order confirmation and receipt.
- A representative will contact you to assist in the return. The customer is responsible for the return and traceable shipping of the item(s) back to RegenLab® USA.
Merchandise that has been opened, used or altered in any way will not be accepted for a return and/or an exchange. This merchandise must be properly disposed of as hazardous waste.
All items are subject to a ten (10) percent restocking fee. RegenLab® USA does not refund the original shipping and handling fees unless the return was due to a manufacturing or shipping defect.
*A minimum fee of $25.00 will be applied to each return. (Rates are calculated by FedEx)
